MIT Sloan's mission is to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world and to generate ideas that advance management practice. The Sloan Male Allies Program aims to advance leadership in the workplace by actively engaging management students to frame the challenges regarding gender equality. By providing a forum to learn and highlight these challenges, we can all work together to improve society.

Research shows that individuals who are involved in closing the gender gap are better leaders through effectively managing diverse teams, locating specialized skill sets and identifying future leaders.
